DBS recently launched its spend and redeem promotion for Christmas. The full details are here but to summarize- if you spend >$100 on DBS cards in a single receipt you’d qualify for a sure win lucky draw.
That’s provided, however, that you’re within the first 1,400 people to register and play each day. Now, just what constitutes “each day” wasn’t specified by the T&C. Most people assumed it to mean “day starting from 12am”, but we’ve had multiple reports on the comments of people camping out on the DBS Lifestyle App and trying at 12, 12.01 am and receiving the message that the promotion had been exhausted for the day.
Well thanks to TL on the comments we know that someone actually took initiative to reach out to DBS on FB and got the following reply (being the dinosaur I am, I called up the CSO and was told they’d arrange a callback when they’d verified the information with the relevant team).

So that’s that then. 8am is the magic reset time, and that’s when you should camp out to grab your prizes.
