Which bank branches will still be open during the circuit breaker?

Find out which branches you can still visit, if needed, during the circuit breaker.

Last updated: 23 April 2020

Banking services will continue to be available during the ongoing circuit breaker (7 April to 1 June), but some banks will be closing selected branches.

ATMs will continue to operate as per normal, as will insurance, broking, custody, asset management, and financial advisory services. Do remember that the vast majority of transactions can be done online, and it’s worth giving it a shot before heading down to a physical branch.

Needless to say, customer service phone lines and online chat will likely experience longer than usual wait times during this period. It’s certainly not the time to go line by line with the CSO to reconcile your credit card points!

Reconcile your credit card points yourself with these useful guides. Here’s how to check your points balance, and calculate your points for general spending and specialized spending cards

Here’s a list of which bank branches will be closed, and which will continue to operate.
