Qatar Privilege Club's My List and Family & Friends features now require members to credit one flight before they can nominate someone, removing the previous "redeem for anyone" flexibility.
From now till 17 February 2026, buy Qatar Airways Avios with a 50% bonus, or 1.53 US cents per mile (1.93 SG cents). There are cheaper alternatives, though!
British Airways Club has hiked the cost of Avios awards by roughly 10%, and while there's a hit to short-haul flying, other sweet spot redemptions have emerged unscathed.
From 15 December 2025, British Airways Club will raise Avios award costs for BA and partner flights. An 8-10% increase is suggested, though we'll only know for sure when it happens.
