This offer is available to anyone who has not cancelled a deposit account (defined as current, savings or time deposits) with Standard Chartered in the past 12 months. For avoidance of doubt, this offer is available even if you currently hold a Standard Chartered credit card.
⚠️ Alternative Offer |
You may notice that Standard Chartered is offering a S$1,500 cash reward for new Priority Banking customers on its official website. Do note that this offer requires you to maintain the S$200,000 funds for six months, versus the three month period for SingSaver. For avoidance of doubt, this offer is not stackable with SingSaver’s. |

Other perks include no minimum brokerage fees for online equities trading, as well as waivers on selected fees and charges.
Another perk worth mentioning is the Standard Chartered Priority Banking Visa Infinite Card, which works slightly different from the brown Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Card you may already be familiar with.
SC Priority Banking Visa Infinite | SC Visa Infinite | |
Annual Fee | S$321 (FYF) | S$588.50 |
Local Earn Rate | 1.0 mpd | Up to 1.4 mpd* |
FCY Earn Rate | 1.0 mpd | Up to 3.0 mpd* |
Lounge Visits (Per Year) | Up to 24 | 6 |
*Min. spend of S$2,000 per statement month required, otherwise 1.0 mpd for both |
The Priority Banking Visa Infinite has an annual fee of S$321, waived for the first year. With an earn rate of 1.0 mpd on both local and foreign currency (FCY) spending, it’s not really a card I’d use for day-to-day spending.
However, the main attraction of this card is its complimentary Priority Pass visits. You’ll enjoy 24 visits per membership year, provided you maintain a minimum AUM of S$200,000 for the month in which you first apply for the Priority Pass.
And since you’ll need to maintain that anyway for the SingSaver offer, you basically enjoy 24 lounge visits for the first year, no annual fee required! These can be shared with up to one guest, i.e. a couple could visit the lounge 12 times.
❓ Renewal in subsequent years |
In subsequent years, you’ll receive 24 free visits if your maintain a minimum AUM of S$200,000 in the three-month period preceding Priority Pass renewal. Otherwise, you will receive only four free visits. |
SC Priority Banking customers are also eligible for a reimbursement of the S$100 application fee for the APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC), provided they maintain a minimum of S$200,000 AUM in the six consecutive months before submission.
This allows you to enjoy expedited immigration at airports across Asia Pacific (plus Canada and the USA), together with a waiver of visa and Electronic Travel Authorisation requirements. I’ve been a card-carrying member for years, and it’s spared me from crazy airport lines more times than I can remember.

If you hold a SC credit card but not any savings account, does this constitute NTB?
If currently hold some other SC savings account (not the Standard Chartered Wealth $aver Account), does it mean no longer qualify for this offer?
