Over the weekend I received a few reports that people who are applying for credit cards through SingSaver have encountered difficulties with the page where you’re supposed to submit your contact and banking information for the crediting of sign up gifts.
For some, the page throws up an error. For others, the page doesn’t appear at all. SingSaver is aware of the issue and looking to fix it. Rest assured that your applications are still being tracked and you’ll receive whatever you’re entitled to.
In the meantime, you can send your information to SingSaver via the following method:

The information Singsaver requires for tracking the applications keeps changing.
I emailed them with the information you listed above on 31 July.
An auto-reply asked for email address used during the application.
A few days later, Singsaver’s helpdesk asked for credit card approval date.
Today, they are also asking for “Gift advertised during the promotion you signed up for.”
This looks like a long-drawn process and I regret applying for these cards already.
