It’s safe to say that Covid-19 is giving many a miles collector sleepless nights. With travel all but impossible, airlines on life support and the looming specter of a devaluation, those miles which we’ve worked so hard to earn now look more like a liability than an asset.
Are my miles safe? What happens if the airline goes under? Will we see massive devaluations once flying resumes? What will the loyalty landscape look like after Covid-19?
Many questions, and few concrete answers- but that doesn’t mean we can’t make educated guesses. So join me next Wednesday as I chat about Covid-19 and the miles game with loyalty experts Mark Mullinix and Nik Laming.
