GHA DISCOVERY offering bonus D$50 for Minor Hotels stays

GHA DISCOVERY has launched a new promotion for the Minor Hotels Group, which includes brands such as Anantara, Avani, NH Hotels & Resorts and Tivoli.

Registered members will earn a bonus D$50 after a two-night stay at any participating property worldwide between now and 31 January 2027.

GHA DISCOVERY members who register for this promotion will earn a bonus D$50 for every stay of at least two nights booked and completed during the promotion period.

• Book from 24 September to 30 November 2026
• Stay from 24 September 2026 to 31 January 2027
• No minimum spend
• Stays must be booked via the GHA DISCOVERY app/website or the hotels’ official websites

Your check-out date must be on or before 31 January 2027 to qualify for the bonus. If you check out after this date, you will not earn any bonus D$, even if your stay began during the promotion period.

GHA DISCOVERY is running a concurrent offer that awards a bonus D$5 for all bookings made through the GHA DISCOVERY app (Android | iOS).

A few points to note:

• Registration is not required
• Stays must be booked from 2 February to 30 September 2026
• Check-out date must be from 2 February to 30 September 2026
• No minimum spend or minimum stay length required
• No cap on the number of times this offer can be used

The current iteration of the offer is set to end on 30 September 2026, but it’s been perpetually extended and I expect that to continue.

As always, any D$ earned through promotions expires six months from the date of issuance, as opposed to the usual D$ expiry. 

Earn D$50 per new brand

Details

GHA DISCOVERY is running a concurrent promotion that offers D$50 for every stay of at least two nights at a brand that you have yet to visit in 2026.

To be clear, the brand does not need to be completely new to you — you can still qualify even if you stayed at that brand in 2025 or earlier.

Here are the key details of the offer:

• Members must register before booking
• Stays must be booked and completed between 1 September and 31 October 2026
• No minimum spend required
• Minimum two-night stay required
• Promotional D$ will expire after six months

In addition to this, there is also a sweepstakes featuring a total of 20 grand prizes: 

• 10 winners of D$5,000
• 10 winners of Lifetime Titanium status

There are three ways of earning entries. 

All GHA DISCOVERY members will earn 1x entry, just for registering.

Completing a stay (of any duration) will earn 5x entries, provided the stays are booked through GHA DISCOVERY channels, the hotel’s official website or app. Stays must be booked and completed by 31 October 2026.

You can also earn entries by visiting a GHA DISCOVERY-participating hotel, and looking for their Scavenger Hunt QR code. Scanning this code and registering will earn an additional 1x entry, capped at one entry per brand (e.g. Kempinski hotels will share one QR code, NH Hotels will share one QR code etc.).

How do D$ work?

D$ can be earned or redeemed on the following expenses:

Only stays booked through the GHA website or official hotel websites/channels will be eligible to earn D$. 

Online payments with D$ are currently possible with the brands listed on this page. If this feature is available, you’ll see an option at the check-out page to apply your D$ towards the booking.

A minimum of D$10 is required, and D$ will be deducted immediately upon confirmation. If you cancel your stay — and the stay is refundable — D$ will be refunded accordingly. However, D$ which have expired will not be reinstated, so take care if you’re booking a stay that takes place beyond your D$ validity period. 

The member redeeming D$ online must be the member staying at the hotel during the associated reservation. 

For all other brands, D$ can be used during a stay at the front desk of a hotel. This is a lot more restrictive, as it usually limits you to booking the more costly pay-at-hotel rates, not to mention your D$ may have expired by the time the stay takes place.

It might be possible to use D$ on prepaid rates, however, insofar as the hotel doesn’t actually charge your card at the time of booking (you’d be surprised, many “prepaid stays” aren’t actually charged until check-in). My advice would be to contact the hotel beforehand, let them know you want to book a prepaid rate with D$, and ask them how to proceed.

Conclusion
