Your roundup of ongoing airfare sales.

To avoid sales clutter, weโ€™ve decided to start a weekly series on airfare deals. Hereโ€™s where weโ€™ll feature a summary of all but the most time-sensitive of deals (e.g flash sales). Purchases made through any of the links in this article supports The Milelion through an affiliate commission.ย

Hereโ€™s a roundup of some of the airfare sales that are going on:

Qatar Airways

Qatar Airways is holding its Asian Games sale which ends onย 2 September 2018.ย Tickets bought during this sale are valid for travel from now until 31 March 2019.ย Tickets must be booked on Qatar Airways website.ย

In this sale, flights start from S$833 and destinations that are on offer include Stockholm, Milan, and New York.

These fares are also valid for travel during the Christmas season, here’s a sample fare to London Heathrow departing on Christmas Day itself:

You’ll get to fly on their brand new A350-1000 aircraft between Doha and Singapore and like their A350-900, Economy Class is laid out in a 3-3-3 layout.

Emirates

Emirates is holding a sale which will end onย 3 September 2018.ย Tickets booked during this sale are valid for travel from now until 30 November 2018 for flights to most of Europe and until 31 December 2018 for flights to Australia.ย Tickets must be booked on the Emirates website.

In this sale, fares to Colombo start from S$489, Europe from S$969 and the Americas from S$1,519.

You can view the full list of destinations available for booking on the Emirates website.ย  Here are just some of the destinations which are available for booking:

Emirates Economy Class is laid out in a 3-4-3 configuration on both their A380 and Boeing 777-300ER and both these aircraft fly between Singapore and Dubai. I recommend picking the flight that’s operated by the A380 if it’s offered as you’ll have a slightly wider seat compared to the Boeing 777-300ER.
