While Priority Pass is probably better known for airport lounge access, that’s not all a membership has to offer. When passing through the airport, members also get access to nap pods, capsule hotels, spas, video game lounges, even gyms and onsen-style hot baths!
But if all that travelling has got you hungry, it’s the restaurants you’ll want to explore. Priority Pass Members can enjoy a meal at hundreds of participating airport restaurants worldwide, whether it’s a grab-and-go cafรฉ for a tight connection, or a sit down restaurant for a longer layover.
To whet your appetite, here are some places worth checking out on your next trip.
(1) Stomping Ground Brewery and Beer Hall
Where | Melbourne International Airport (MEL), Terminal 3 |
Priority Pass Entitlement | A$36 credit per visit |
USP | An actual working brewery inside an airport |
Stomping Ground Brewing Co. is a Melbourne-based brewery offering an award-winning range of beer styles, from tried-and-tested to highly experimental.
The Melbourne Airport location is the first working brewery inside an Australian airport, and one of only four in the world. Guests can observe the fermentation tanks through clear glass windows, with staff members periodically checking each batch for optimum quality. Alternatively, they can take in tarmac views of the Pier E gates from which Virgin Australia flights depart.
Priority Pass Members receive an A$36 credit per visit, which can be used to sample more than 30 types of beer (order a tasting paddle if you can’t decide!), or order from a wide range of big and small plate options.
(2) Soo Ceylon Cafe and Tea Lounge
Where | Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), Terminal 1 |
Priority Pass Entitlement | Set menu with drink, main and dessert |
USP | Tea lounge set amidst the airport gardens |
Sri Lanka is known the world over for its teas, and at Soo Ceylon Cafe and Tea Lounge, you can get acquainted with its many varieties. These are served in naturally-lit parlor that overlooks the airport’s greenery, providing a tranquil environment to relax and unwind before a flight.ย
Priority Pass Members can enjoy a set meal consisting of a hot or cold non-alcoholic drink, a choice of burger, submarine sandwich or wrap with a side, and dessert.ย

The menu rotates with the seasons, but staples include the katsu fish burger and the ever-extravagant seafood tower.ย
Priority Pass Members receive an AUD$36 credit to spend on any menu items they wish.
(4) Osaka Airport Winery
Where | Osaka International Itami Airport (ITM) |
Priority Pass Entitlement | Set meal with unlimited house wine or one soft drink |
USP | The world’s first in-airport winery |
Japanese wines might not get the same billing as French or Italian varietals, but years of painstaking viticultureย are starting to get noticed in international competitions.ย In 2021, two Japanese koshu vintages won the second-place platinum medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards, the world’s largest wine competition.
If you’re curious as to what the fuss is all about, why not check out Osaka Airport Winery on your next flight out of Itami Airport? As the name suggests, this is the world’s first in-airport winery, where wines are made onsite using grapes from Yamanashi, Yamagata and Hokkaido. These are paired with Southern Italian cuisine, made from a mix of locally-sourced and imported ingredients.
I’ve not even gotten to the best part yet: the 12,000 bottles of wine produced by this winery comeย attractively styled with baggage tags and boarding pass labels. I can imagine this making for a great souvenir!
Priority Pass Members enjoy a set menu featuring unlimited house wine or one soft drink.ย
(5) Yakisuki Yanma
Where | Tokyo Narita Airport (NRT), Terminal 1 |
Priority Pass Entitlement | Set meal including soft drink or alcoholic drink |
USP | Yakisuki experience |
The next time you’re flying out of Tokyo Narita Airport, hold off on rushing through immigration after checking in and pay a visit to the landsideย Yakisuki Yanma.
Yakisuki might not be familiar to most people, even to those who consider themselves Japanese food connoisseurs.ย Think of it like sukiyaki, only the meat is grilled on a teppan before it’s dipped in special sauce and egg.
Priority Pass Members enjoy a set menu worth JPY 3,400 featuring high-quality beef, rice, pickles and soup. The beef arrives in a hot plate grilled on one side, allowing you to finish it off yourself to your preferred doneness.
(6) All Day Dining Grande AILE
Where | Tokyo Haneda International Airport (HND), Haneda Airport Garden |
Priority Pass Entitlement | Set buffet lunch with complimentary soft drinks |
USP | Buffet with live cooking stations |
Haneda Airport Garden is kind of like Tokyo Haneda’s version of Changi Jewel- a mall attached to an airport. With more than 80 restaurants, cafes and shops, two hotels and a spa with an outdoor onsen, it’s a fun place to explore on your next layover.ย
While you’re there, be sure to drop by All Day Dining Grande AILE at the Villa Fontaine hotel, featuring a buffet with seasonal ingredients and live cooking stations.ย
Priority Pass members enjoy the lunch buffet for free, plus complimentary soft drinks.
(7) Westward Whiskey
Where | Portland International Airport (PDX), Concourse C |
Priority Pass Entitlement | US$28 per visit |
USP | Whiskey tasting room |
Westward Whiskey is a native Portland brand which seeks to capture the natural beauty of the American Northwest in its whiskeys. The barley used is grown locally and matured in small batches, in American Oak barrels in Oregon.

Which are your favourite Priority Pass restaurants?
So does the PP that comes with Amex Plat Charge can eat or not? Not very clear “If youโre holding an American Express card, do note that Priority Pass memberships issued by these cards do not cover so-called โnon-lounge experiencesโ, such as restaurants and spas.”
Aaron clearly said no, as you quoted.
No, we only get to stare from outside in.
Hi, must we depart from t4 to use priority pass at tiger den?
