What brands are covered?
Under this promotion, you’ll be able to earn 10% cashback at any hotel under the Starwood (e.g. Sheraton, Westin, Le Meridien) and Marriott (e.g. Ritz Carlton, JW Marriott, Courtyard) umbrellas. There are a few brand and property exclusions, most noticeably W Hotels:

Your cashback for eligible stays should post to your Ebates accounts within 6 weeks of completing your stay. Unlike Shopback, Ebates does not have a Singapore bank transfer option. However, you can opt to receive your payout via a physical cheque, or sent to you via PayPal.
Stack with the AMEX $150 cashback offer for extra savings
AMEX is currently offering the opportunity to get $150 cashback on a $500 spend at Marriott hotels with AMEX cards. The first 15,000 cards to register via this link will get $150 back when they spend $500 or more at participating Marriott hotels in China, India, Hong Kong, Japan, NZ, Singapore and Thailand.
To enjoy this rebate, you need to make a non-prepaid booking via the Marriott official website and pay at checkout by 31 January 2019. In other words, your stay needs to be in the next few days…short notice I know.
This offer stacks with Ebates, so in theory if you just spent $500, you could get 40% off your stay- 10% from Ebates, and 30% from the AMEX promotion.
Conclusion
There’s no knowing how long the deal will last this time round, so I’d advise you to book sooner rather than later. The 10% cashback applies both to refundable and non-refundable bookings, so you can always book now and cancel later if you decide not to stay.
You might remember that back in November 2018, Ebates was offering 12% cashback on Marriott.com bookings, so this offer is slightly lower but still an amazing deal in and of itself.

How to cash out please? It says PayPal but it seems that if the PayPal address is not identical to the required USA address to be provided, the cash out will be rejected.
