Announcing The Milelion’s Monthly Miles Meetup for December 2019

This month, meet the CMO from RebateMango and ask everything you want to know about affiliate marketing.

The Milelionโ€™s Monthly Miles Meetup is a place for miles enthusiasts to meet, mingle, and pretend to not like Justin Bieber.

I’m pleased to announce the details of the next meetup:

Date: Friday, 27 December 2019
Venue: Westin Lobby Lounge, Asia Square Tower 2
Time: 7.00 pm till 9.00pm

Tickets are now available through the link below:

Get your meetup tickets here

There’s a $10 fee per ticket. This fee, less a $1.44 ticket charge by EventBrite, will be put into a central pool to order table snacks during the event- I don’t keep any of it.

We invite a different guest each month to the Monthly Milelion Meetups, someone from the industry who can share insights from the other side of the loyalty/hotel/airline/ rewards/ credit card table. It’s a chance to ask pressing questions, provide passive aggressive feedback and maybe get insider info, depending on how drunk we can get them.

Here’s who we’ve hosted so far in 2019:

December Meetup Guest: Jesper Kauth, CMO at RebateMango

RebateMango is looking to shake up the traditional cashback space by bringing rewards programs to the table. In addition to plain vanilla cashback, RebateMango users can earn KrisFlyer miles, Asia Miles, GrabRewards points and other rewards currencies when they shop online.

This month, we’ll be hosting the Jesper Kauth, the CMO at RebateMango. He’ll share some insights on where he sees the online affiliate space going, potential new rewards options, and give a behind-the-scenes look into how cashback sites work.

Jesper Kauth is an online marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, affiliate networks and product innovation.

He currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for RebateMango and prior to this, he was the Head of Online Affiliates in Agoda.com where he led and was responsible for all affiliate marketing activities of the OTA.

Conclusion

Meetups are a great opportunity to meet fellow miles enthusiasts. Come down, get a drink, and avoid eye contact the whole evening!
