From 7 December 2020 to 3 January 2021, all new-to-bank customers who get approved for selected Standard Chartered credit cards through SingSaver will receive either a pair of Apple AirPods (worth S$239) or a Garmin Venu Sq GPS Smartwatch (worth S$299).

This water resistant (50m) watch offers 20 indoor and outdoor multi-sports modes including running, aerobics, yoga, swimming, weights, cycling and golf. It also features Garmin Pay, which ironically doesn’t support Standard Chartered cards yet (only OCBC).
If you’re an existing Standard Chartered customer, you’ll receive S$30 cash.

Your application must be received by 2359 on 3 January 2021, and approved by 31 January 2021 to be eligible. The physical card must be activated and a minimum spend of S$80 made within the first 30 days of approval.
The minimum spend can consist of any retail transaction excluding the following:
(i) any Equal Payment Plan (EPP) purchases,
(ii) refunded/disputed/unauthorised/fraudulent retail purchases,
(iii) Quick Cash and other instalment loans,
(iv) bill payments made using the Eligible Card as a source of funds,
(v) late payment fees
(vii) any other form of service/ miscellaneous fees
It’s important to take a screenshot of the application reference number for your own records, and fill in the SingSaver Rewards Form (sent to your email) promptly. Failing to do so may result in you missing out on your gift.

Conclusion
Once again (since this is asked so often), you do not get your gift at the point the card is approved. You’ll have to wait up to 4 months, and will receive a notification from SingSaver when your eligibility is confirmed.
