UOB has launched a new bonus miles offer for the UOB PRVI Miles Visa, which allows registered cardholders to earn up to 4.4 mpd on local online shopping for apparel, computers, electronics, home furnishings, office supplies and more
If you hold a UOB PRVI Miles Mastercard, UOB is already running a 4.4 mpd promotion on dining, food delivery, groceries and pharmacies that started back on 1 September and runs till 31 December.Â

Earn 4.4 mpd with the UOB PRVI Miles Visa
From 11 October 2021 to 31 January 2022, UOB PRVI Miles Visa members can earn 4.4 mpd on eligible online spending (see below) made with their registered card.Â
Registration can be done by sending the following SMS to 77862:

There is no cap on the number of cardholders who can register. Once registered, cardholders who spend at least S$1,000 on eligible online spending during the entire promotional period will earn up to 4.4 mpd as follows:

The maximum bonus you can earn is capped at UNI$4,500, or S$3,000 of eligible spending during the entire promotion period.Â

Lazada, Amazon, Qoo10 should also qualify, but Shopee (MC 5331) may not. Note also that Harvey Norman and Courts use MCC 5732, which is not eligible for the bonus.

Conclusion
While there’s a S$1,000 minimum spend threshold to clear, UOB PRVI Miles Visa members may find this a useful way of racking up 4.4 mpd on S$3,000 of eligible spending. This promotion can then help conserve the 4 mpd cap on more flexible alternatives like the HSBC Revolution and UOB Preferred Platinum Visa,Â
Do remember that all transactions must be made online and in Singapore dollars; there’s no bonus for in-store payments or those in foreign currencies.
