Having experienced it earlier this year, I can tell you that Sunday Brunch at 15 Stamford is serious business. Guests are treated to six courses of the highest quality, featuring a chilled seafood platter with Maine lobsters, a charcuterie board, a substantial main from the regular 15 Stamford menu, plus many other snacks and desserts.
It’s both quantity and quality, and paying S$139 nett for 2 people is a great deal indeed.
Conclusion
Capitol Kempinski has two very attractive deals lined up for Black Friday, and the good news is they’re available all weekend long so you have some time to decide (though if you’re eyeing a popular date for staycations, you’d best decide quickly).

FYI – seems like you buy the voucher online, but then need to visit the hotel to collect the voucher (at a specified date/time), then use the details on the voucher to make a reservation over email. Seems odd to have to collect the voucher in person at a designated time.
