Earlier this year,ย Accor Live Limitless has launched a new promotion that offers a 20% points bonus for all stays booked through the ALL.com app.
This offer was originally set to lapse in October 2024, but has now been extended to all bookings made and completed by 30 June 2025.ย
In reality it’s a very modest bonus, representing an incremental rebate of just 1%, but it’s stackable with whatever other promotions Accor happens to be running at the time, so why not?
Earn 20% bonus ALL points on Accor stays
ALL members who book stays via the ALL.com mobile app will enjoy a 20% bonus on every booking.
Here’s the key details of this offer:
- Bookings must be made between 1 June 2024 and 30 June 2025
- Stays must be between 1 June 2024 and 30 June 2025
- No minimum stay duration is required
- No cap on the maximum number of bonus points
- No registration is necessary
All properties worldwide are participating, with the exception of those in Ukraine and Russia.ย
Base and bonus pointsย will be credited within 10 days of check-out.ย
How many points will you earn?
Here’s how many ALL points you can expect to earn under this promotion and the effective rebate, depending on your tier.

Do note thatย Accor calculates the 20% bonus points based on Classic status, which is why it’s a flat 5 points (20% of 25) per โฌ10, regardless of tier. Therefore, this promotion is more accurately described as “up to 20%”, since the bump is more modest for elite members.
As a reminder, 2,000 ALL points are worth โฌ40, and can be used to offset room rates or other incidental spend like dining and spa treatments during stays.
But don’t forget cashback sites!
One important thing to note is that there’s no way to access the ALL.com app via cashback sites like ShopBack. In fact,ย the ShopBack T&Cs explicitly say that there’ll be no tracking for bookings made via the mobile app.
ShopBack is currently offering 1.99% cashback on Swissotel, Raffles and Fairmont Hotel properties, and 5.3% cashback at all other Accor brands. This is obviously better than an extra 1%, so you should be considering this as your first option for bookings. That said, I have heard several horror stories about ShopBack tracking for Accor, so you’ll have to cross your fingers and hope everything works out.ย
Remember, you’ll still be able to stack ShopBack with ALL promotions that don’t require you to book via the app.
Conclusion
Accor Live Limitless members can now earn a bonus 20% on points by booking their stays through the ALL.com app. It represents an extra 1% rebate, which might not sound like much, but can be stacked with other ongoing offers.
However, keep in mind that the rebates can be richer through cashback sites like ShopBack, and you can’t book via the app if you use that.
I will be careful with this promo. I was booking a 2 night stay at Fairmont Makati and the price I got on the app using the offer was higher than that on ALL.com and the Fairmont website. I would encourage everyone to check the price on the website as well before making a booking.
Same experience here. Sometimes the rate for an Accor property is cheaper on Agoda than through the ALL app, even though I have AccorPlus. ๐ฃ
Opportunity for a brg claim maybe?
