Lady Gaga in Singapore: Presale for KrisFlyer members and miles redemptions options

Lady Gaga is coming to Singapore for a series of four concerts on 18, 19, 21 and 24 May 2025, her first return to the country since 2012. 

KrisFlyer has been announced as the official Lifestyle Rewards partner, and KrisFlyer members will receive early access to concert tickets, as well as miles-for-tickets redemption options via KrisFlyer Experiences.

Performing in the country for the first time in 13 years since her 2012 Born This Way Ball Tour, this concert will showcase Gaga’s seventh studio album, MAYHEM, which features 14 tracks including newly-acclaimed singles – “Disease”, “Abracadabra” and “Die With a Smile”.  Marking a return to her pop roots, MAYHEM reaffirms that Gaga is a master of reinvention, crafting an album that is as bold and eclectic as it is deeply personal. With Singapore being the only regional stop for this tour, competition for tickets is expected to be stiff, to put it mildly. You’ll need every advantage you can get, or this could be a Folie à Deux-sized disappointment.

Presale for KrisFlyer members

KrisFlyer members will get access to a special ticket presale, which runs from 20 March 2025, 12 p.m to 21 March 2025, 11.59 p.m (all times are SGT, or GMT+8).

To access the presale, you’ll need to have registered and opted in to KrisFlyer and SIA Group promotional email communications. Registration has already closed— I sent a notification about this previously on MileLion Roars, so hopefully you managed to do it!

A special code to access the presale will be sent via email by 18 March 2025, 11.59 p.m.

Once the presale goes live, you will need to purchase tickets via Ticketmaster Singapore with a Mastercard credit or debit card. Each member can purchase up to six tickets per transaction.

There are nine ticket categories, ranging from S$148 to S$368 per person, plus a booking fee of S$10 (for tickets < S$300) or S$20 (for tickets S$301 and above).

Ticketmaster transactions code as MCC 7922, and I’d recommend using the following Mastercards for the most miles.

It’s worth noting that presales are happening through other channels too, some of which go live ahead of KrisFlyer. I would assume that a certain number of tickets are allocated for each of these presales, so if you miss out on one, you can try again with another.

Redeem miles for tickets via KrisFlyer Experiences

KrisFlyer members will also be able to redeem their miles for tickets to Lady Gaga in Singapore at the following rates.

All redemptions can be found on this landing page, and you’ll need to select the relevant tab for the category you wish to redeem. 

Redemptions go live on 20 March 2025 at the following times:

• 12 p.m for Solitaire PPS Club, PPS Club, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold members
• 3 p.m for KrisFlyer and KrisFlyer Elite Silver members

Members may redeem up to six tickets across all seat categories and show dates. Tickets can only be redeemed in singles or pairs in each redemption transaction (so you’d need to make 3x transactions of two tickets each if you want to max out your allowance).

Seat selection will not be available for tickets redeemed via KrisFlyer Experiences, and will be assigned by Ticketmaster Singapore. 

There’s no requirement that the person redeeming the tickets be present at entry, so you can redeem tickets for friends and family and Carousell if you so wish.

Is it worth redeeming miles for this? We don’t know the cash prices for each category yet, so it’s hard to say. However, assuming that Category 1 (42,000 miles) corresponds to the most expensive standard ticket (S$368 + S$20 booking fee), then it works out to 0.92 cents per mile. Most miles collectors would consider that to be on the low side, but this is one of those situations where it’s about access, not value.

Tickets are going to sell like hotcakes, so you might not be able to buy them publicly even if you’re willing to pay the asking price. Redeeming tickets through KrisFlyer Experiences may be the only realistic chance you have, especially if you have elite status that gives you a three-hour head start over everyone else.

Conclusion

On 20 March 2025, KrisFlyer members will have access to a special presale for Lady Gaga’s upcoming Singapore concerts, plus an opportunity to redeem miles for tickets.

Given how crazy the presale is likely to be, I suspect redeeming miles might be the better route to take, especially since it cuts out a lot of the competition (there’s only so many people out there with at least 26,000 miles in their KrisFlyer account). Even better if you’re a Solitaire PPS Club, PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold member, because you get access to tickets three hours ahead of time.
