ALL Accor+ Explorer memberships and benefits are expanding to the United Arab Emirates, marking the programme’s first-ever expansion beyond the Asia Pacific region.
While Dubai and Abu Dhabi are probably not the foremost destinations on most people’s minds now, Accor does have a sizeable hotel footprint in the country, so this is something worth noting for when the situation stabilises.

ALL Accor+ Explorer expands to the UAE

From 19 May 2026, ALL Accor+ Explorer members will be able to utilise the following benefits in the UAE:
- Stay Plus free night redemptions
- Red Hot Rooms discounts
- 30% off food
- 15% off beverages
Members also enjoy 15% off the best flexible rate at participating hotels, though this was already available globally, following the transition from Accor Plus to ALL Accor+ in October 2025.
At the time of writing, it’s already possible to book Red Hot Room rates in the UAE. However, Stay Plus availability has not been loaded yet.

ALL Accor+ Explorer benefits will be available at more than 60 hotels initially, from the following brands.

Notable brand exclusions for now include Mama Shelter, Rixos and SO/ Sofitel. Also note that Banyan Tree, Delano, and SLS properties worldwide do not participate in the ALL Accor+ programme.

For dining benefits in the UAE, the following blackout dates apply:

This expansion marks a significant strategic shift for what was historically an Asia Pacific-focused subscription programme. That said, Accor had already signalled its intentions; during the launch of the revamped ALL Accor+ Explorer, the Middle East was identified as a future growth market, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see additional Gulf countries added in the near future.
The UAE feels like a logical entry point because it’s already an Accor stronghold. The country is home to 85 Accor properties, with a portfolio that skews heavily premium: seven Rixos, six Sofitels, five Fairmonts, two Raffles, and one Banyan Tree.
Moreover, there is strong interest in travel to the UAE from key ALL Accor+ markets such as India, and the programme will give hotels an additional lever to stimulate visits from locals, especially given the current downturn in visitors.
How much will memberships cost?

While the legacy Accor Plus programme was infamous for its country-differentiated pricing (members in Singapore paid S$418, 80% more than those in the Philippines!), ALL Accor+ Explorer memberships show far less geographical variation.
| 🏨 ALL Accor+ Explorer Membership | ||
| Country | Local Price | Price in USD |
| 🇦🇪 UAE | US$249 | US$249 |
| 🇦🇺 Australia | A$349 | US$249 |
| 🇲🇾 Malaysia | MYR 949 | US$240 |
| 🇸🇬 Singapore | S$299 | US$234 |
| 🌍 Rest of World | US$229 | US$229 |
| 🇭🇰 Hong Kong | HKD 1,788 | US$228 |
| 🇹🇭 Thailand | THB 7,299 | US$224 |
| 🇻🇳 Vietnam | VND 5,899,000 | US$224 |
| 🇳🇿 New Zealand | NZ$379 | US$221 |
| 🇮🇩 Indonesia | IDR 3,599,000 | US$204 |
| 🇮🇳 India | INR 19,499 | US$203 |
| 🇵🇭 Philippines | PHP 12,499 | US$203 |
However, price differences still exist, and what’s interesting is that a membership in the UAE will cost US$249, which is nearly 10% more than what customers with USD-denominated membership fees pay.
The UAE is clearly an affluent market, so I’m wondering if Accor is testing the waters here to see how much of a premium members might be willing to pay.

However, unlike the DBS Vantage Card, if your annual fee is waived for the AMEX HighFlyer Card, your ALL Accor+ Explorer membership will not be renewed.
Do note that the StanChart Beyond Card offers 4x Stay Plus free night certificates, instead of the usual 2x.
Conclusion

ALL Accor+ Explorer members will soon be able to enjoy their stay and dining benefits in the UAE, the first country outside of Asia Pacific to adopt the programme.
The Middle East has long served as a bridge between Asia Pacific and the rest of the world, so it’s somewhat fitting that ALL Accor+ Explorer is kicking off its evolution from a regional perk into a global travel subscription with a Middle East expansion.
