HeyMax has launched a new transfer bonus for Accor Live Limitless (ALL), which offers 50% more points for conversions made by 14 October 2026.
While that sounds generous, it’s actually less lucrative than the last transfer bonus that HeyMax offered for ALL, which was “just” 20%. That’s because in July 2026, HeyMax devalued transfers to ALL by 33%, from 1:1 to 3:2. The previous 20% bonus was applied on top of 1:1, while the current one is applied on top of 3:2.
In other words, this bonus simply restores the pre-July ratio for a limited time. Still, if you were happy converting Max Miles to ALL Points at 1:1 before, now’s the opportunity to relive the glory days.
ALL points can be redeemed at a fixed rate of 1 point = €0.02, so with this bonus, you’re getting 2.88 SG¢ per Max Mile.

HeyMax offering 50% transfer bonus to Accor Live Limitless

From 5-14 October 2026, HeyMax is offering an uncapped 50% bonus on Max Miles transfers to ALL points.
As mentioned, this restores the ratio to 1 Max Mile : 1 ALL Point, instead of the regular 3:2. A minimum transfer of 1,500 Max Miles is required, with blocks of 150 Max Miles beyond this (e.g. 1,800 Max Miles, 1,950 Max Miles etc.).

Both the base and bonus ALL points should be credited instantly.
You can only transfer Max Miles to an ALL account in your own name. Each HeyMax account can only be linked to one ALL account, and vice versa.
Why is my transfer failing?
One quirk about ALL is that your membership number will change when you move from one elite tier to another (or buy ALL Accor+ Explorer, since that bumps you up to ALL Gold).
|
Why did my Accor membership number change? Accor (ALL — Accor Live Limitless) updates your membership number when your status tier changes — for example, moving from Silver to Classic, or Classic to Gold. This is normal Accor behaviour. Specifically, two digits in your membership number change:
All other digits stay the same — it’s still the same Accor account. — HeyMax FAQ |
If your membership number has changed from the time you made your first transfer from HeyMax to Accor, the transfer will fail. In that case, you should raise a support ticket with HeyMax customer service to get your membership number updated.
In your ticket, include your current Accor membership number, as well as a screenshot of your Accor membership card showing your name and updated number.
It will take one business day to resolve, so be sure to reach out early in the campaign period.
Is it worth it?

ALL members can redeem points at a fixed rate of 2,000 points = €40 to offset room rates, dining and spa charges, at more than 5,000 Accor properties worldwide.
Points can be redeemed online when making a hotel booking, or on-property at check-out. They can be used for both refundable and non-refundable rates (except Red Hot Rooms and More Escapes packages), and the refundability follows the rate. If you book a non-refundable rate, your points will be forfeited if you cancel.

A minimum redemption of 1,000 points (€20) is required, and anything beyond that is in blocks of 2,000 points (€40).

| ⚠️ Important Note |
| The rate of 2,000 points = €40 only applies when you are staying at the hotel. If you are not staying at the hotel, then a reduced rate of 1,000 points = €10 applies (and only certain properties allow members to spend points outside of a stay). |
Because of the fixed value, there’s no “beating the system” or “aspirational redemptions” here. When the room rates are high, you need more points. When the room rates are low, you need fewer points.
However, the upside is that you can use points to book any room category, at any hotel, on any date. And with the devaluations we’ve seen to traditional award programmes like Hilton and World of Hyatt, maybe there’s something to be said about guaranteed fixed value.
To put it another way, with the current transfer bonus, you get 2.88 cents per Max Mile. You can buy Max Miles at 1.25 cents via Chocolate Finance (until 30 November 2026, after which it reverts to 1.6 cents), or at 1.46 cents via CardUp, so it’s hard to lose.

Conclusion
HeyMax is now offering an uncapped 50% transfer bonus for Accor Live Limitless conversions made by 14 October 2026, which temporarily restores the previous 1:1 ratio.
At 2.88 cents each, this is one of the highest-value options for cashing out Max Miles. ALL’s fixed value redemption system might not be for everyone, but I can think of far worse ways of using Max Miles.
