At S$545 to Sydney in Economy Class and S$531 to Melbourne, that’s a rather decent Economy Class fare to Australia. Business Class fares aren’t too shabby either in this sale with Sydney priced at S$2,165 and Melbourne at S$2,141.
Economy Class on Malaysia Airlines Airbus A330-300s are laid out in an industry standard 2-4-2 and in Business Class it has the Thompson Aero seats in a staggered layout offering direct aisle access from most seats. This seat has been previously reviewed by Aaron here.
These fares are generally valid for mileage accrual and you can use wheretocredit.comย to see which Frequent Flyer Program would earn you the most miles in the booking class your ticket is booked under. In my opinion, crediting your Malaysia Airlines flights to Cathay Pacific’s Asia Miles program or British Airways Executive Club is a decent option rather than Malaysia Airlines own Enrich Frequent Flyer Program as the programย got terribly devalued last year.
You can use the following cards to perform your booking on Malaysia Airlines website:

There was a sale of 2-to-go business class tickets not too long ago, and those offered better rates. But oh well…
