Edit: Mileslifeย has temporarily stopped this promotion until further notice |
Back in 2018, Hyatt launched its Hyatt Prive rate, an exclusive rate which was only bookable through select travel agents for stays at selected Hyatt brands. The Hyatt Prive rate is usually the hotel’s Best Available Rate with a few extra perks thrown in, these include:
- USD50-100 property creditย per stay (depending on the brand)
- One-category room upgrade (if available)
- Complimentary breakfast for two
- Early check-in (as early as 9AM) and late check-out (as late as 4PM), subject to availability; the late check-out benefit is only available at Park Hyatt properties
- A welcome gift and letter
The Hyatt Prive rate is only applicable in these specific Hyatt brands:
- All Park Hyatts and Andaz properties
- Selected Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, and The Unbound Collection hotels
Unfortunately, there is no publicly available list of the properties that can be booked on the Hyatt Prive rates. When booking a Hyatt Prive rate, you will continue to earn World of Hyatt points and hotel night credits for your stay.
Spend at least S$200 on Mileslife to unlock Hyatt Prive privileges
Mileslife has launched a promotion where users can book Hyatt Prive rates if they spend S$200ย with Mileslife. This shouldn’t be a major hurdle for most users of Mileslife as it has already been around for quite some time.
If you still do not have a Mileslife account (shame on you), you can either sign up through my referral code, “MATT95“, once you’ve downloaded the Mileslife app. You will receive 1,000 bonus miles upon spending S$49 within the first 30 days of registration on the Mileslife app and I’ll get 1,000 miles too.
Simply head over to the “Travel” tab and click on the Hyatt Prive banner to book your Hyatt hotels on the Hyatt Prive rate. Mileslife will also be awarding 1,000 bonus miles on your first booking of a minimum of 2-nights on the Hyatt Prive rates.
Unfortunately, I am not able to view the rates for the hotels as I have not spent S$200 with Mileslife since its inception but booking these hotels should be no different from how you would normally book hotels through the Mileslife app.
Concluding Thoughts
For frequent users of Mileslife, this should be an excellent opportunity to secure Hyatt Prive rates without going through the hassle of liaising with travel agents or the respective credit card concierges. This will also give you the chance to triple dip on your rewards as you will be earning points through Mileslife, your credit card when making payment for your stay, and World of Hyatt points for your stay.
Payment is made to the hotel directly. So canโt use Mileslife credit to pay…
Are the prive rates through Mileslife better than the advance booking member rates on World of Hyatt site?
Link seems to be missing for Prive deals. I have spent $200 already on the app – with cc or credit. Anyone having the same issue?
Mileslife could be dead…
