Klook has launched its Staycation Nation Flash Sale, which runs from 15-17 January 2021. Packages are eligible for SingapoRediscovers Vouchers (SRV), and those who spend at least S$50 of their SRV will receive a S$50 Klook voucher valid for their next staycation of at least S$200.

Here’s what caught my eye (from least to most expensive).
Park Hotel Clarke Quay (S$117 nett)
This is a budget option for sure, but at least it’s not Value Hotel/Hotel 81 budget. The Staycation Nation package at Park Hotel Clarke Quay costs just S$117 nett for a Superior Room (room-only).
If you feel like splurging, paying S$144 nett gets you the same room, with breakfast for two and a S$10 F&B credit.
InterContinental Bugis (S$250 nett)
The main difference between Klook’s regular InterContinental Bugis package and the Staycation Nation one is they’ve added guaranteed 6 p.m check-out. The price remains the same at S$250 nett, with the following inclusions:
- 1-night stay in Deluxe Room
- Breakfast for 2
- S$50 F&B credits (valid at Man Fu Yuan, Ash & Elm, Lobby Lounge)
- 20% off F&B
- 6 p.m check-out
The regular package was already a very good deal, so the 6 p.m check-out just sweetens it. The catch is the Staycation Nation package is only available for Monday to Thursday night stays- probably why they can afford to offer late check-out.
Sofitel Singapore City Centre (S$264 nett)
Klook’s Staycation Nation package for the Sofitel City Centre brings the cost down to S$264 nett, with the following inclusions:
- 1-night stay in Luxury Room
- Breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child
- Afternoon Tea Experience for 2 adults at 1864 (kids receive tea-time snacks)
- Kids theme room
- 4 p.m checkout
This would be one of the more kid-friendly packages out there (although Shangri-La Singapore probably still sets the bar for kid centric staycations)
JW Marriott South Beach Singapore (S$350 nett)
JW Marriott South Beach’s Staycation Nation package costs S$350 nett, and includes:
- 1-night stay in Deluxe King Room
- Breakfast for 2
- S$75 F&B credits
- 12 p.m check-in, 3 p.m check-out
It’s not the lowest cost package available, but I’d argue it’s better value than the S$280 nett Studio Room offer.
- You get a Deluxe Room instead of a Studio Room (12 sqm larger)
- The Studio Room package is not available on Friday and Saturday night, while the Staycation Nation package is
Weekday rooms on the JW Marriott’s official site start at S$339 nett (for just the room), so either way Klooks’ packages are more compelling.
W Sentosa (S$450 nett)
Klook’s Staycation Nation package at the W Sentosa adds guaranteed 12 p.m check-in and 3 p.m check-out to the regular package, and is available for booking every day except Saturday. For S$450 nett, you get:
- 1-night stay in Wonderful Room
- Breakfast for two
- S$75 F&B credit
- Free parking
- 12 p.m check-in, 3 p.m check-out
For the sake of comparison, room-only rates on the official site start from S$390 nett, so topping up S$60 for breakfast and S$75 F&B credit is a very good deal.
Fullerton Bay (S$580 nett)
The Staycation Nation package at Fullerton Bay Hotel costs S$580 nett, and comes with:
- 1-night stay in Premier Room
- Breakfast for two
- S$50 F&B credit per stay
- 4 p.m check-out from Sunday to Thursday (excludes public holiday eve and public holiday)
- 20% off F&B
- 10% off spa treatments
- Free parking
