HoteLux has announced that all healthcare workers in Singapore will be receiving a complimentary three-month HoteLux Elite membership. This allows them to make unlimited bookings via the HoteLux app.

Healthcare Workers Offer
Healthcare workers who wish to claim their HoteLux Elite membership can send a copy of their staff ID via the following means:
- Email to membership@hotelux.sg
- Contact customer service via live chat (on the app)
- Contact customer service via Instagram or Facebook
Once their identity is verified, they’ll enjoy a complimentary three-month Elite membership. During this period, they can make as many bookings through the HoteLux app as they wish, even if the booking date falls beyond the end of their membership period.
Other ways to get HoteLux membership
At launch HoteLux offered all new members two complimentary bookings, but they’ve had to suspend that for the moment (tl;dr: As a rule, luxury agent rates cannot be revealed to the general public. I’m aware that Classic Travel shows rates to anyone who signs up for a free membership, but that’s a bit of a grey area and may not continue for long).
Those already holding bookings should check their HoteLux app though, as they will have received an automatic upgrade to Elite membership.
During the drinks session earlier this week, HoteLux revealed plans to offer status matches to those holding elite membership in various hotel/airline loyalty programs, so watch this space.

Or is the automatic upgrade a temporary one until oneโs booking lapses.

What is the percentage of healthcare workers looking for luxury hotel bookings?
They still need to work on their customer service though. Booked JW Marriott for their Stay 3 pay 2 offer but all the booking confirmation still indicates cost for all 3 nights. Have wrote to them on the app and on email. It’s been 3 days and no updates :/
Do you see a difference between the rates for booking 2 nights verses 3 nights? It might be showing the stay 3-pay 2 rates albeit spread over 3 nights?
