On 29 and 30 April 2021, SingSaver is running a flash sale on Citibank credit cards, with Apple iPads, Dyson Cool AM07 Tower Fans and S$350 cash up for grabs.
The first 20 new-to-bank applicants in each time slot per day (12 p.m, 3 p.m, 6 p.m) will receive an Apple 10.2-inch iPad (Gold, WiFi 32gb). If you’re outside the first 20, you’ll still get S$350 cash or a Dyson AM07 fan- it’s hard to lose.

Existing Citibank customers will receive S$30 cash per approved card. Cardholders will be required to spend at least S$200 on qualifying transactions within 30 days of approval.

Your application must be received by 2359 on 30 April 2021 and approved by 30 May 2021 to be eligible. The full T&C can be found here.
Once your application is submitted, take a screenshot of the Application Reference Number (for Citibank, it’s 12 alphanumeric characters)and use it to fill in the SingSaver rewards form that will be sent to your email. It’s vital you fill in the form– no form, no reward. You’ll be able to indicate your choice of gift in the rewards form if applicable.
The first 20 approved applicants per time slot will be determined based on the timestamp as per the start time of the submission of the Rewards Registration Form (submission of email address) and the end time of the submission of the Rewards Redemption Form. The counter to determine the first 20 people resets at 12 p.m, 3 p.m & 6 p.m (per time slot) each day during the promotion period.

What counts towards the minimum spend?
The approved card must be activated and a minimum qualifying spend of S$200 made within the first 30 days of approval.
“Qualifying Spend” refers to any retail transactions (including internet purchases) which do not arise from:
- any Equal Payment Plan (EPP) purchases,
- refunded/ disputed/ unauthorised/ fraudulent retail purchases,
- Quick Cash and other instalment loans,
- Citi PayLite/ Citi Flexibill/ cash advance/ quasi-cash transactions/ balance transfers/ annual card membership fees/ interest/ goods and services taxes,
- bill payments made using the Eligible Card as a source of funds,
- late payment fees
- any other form of service/ miscellaneous fees
For the avoidance of doubt, Citi PayAll payments, CardUp payments and grocery voucher purchases will count towards the minimum spend requirement and earn rewards points as normal.
Insurance, government, education bills and charitable donations will count towards the minimum spend requirement but will not earn rewards points.
When will I get my gift?
All gifts will be fulfilled within 4 months of approval. You will not receive your gift immediately upon meeting the minimum spend- the reason for the delay is the need to confirm eligibility with the bank. Please take note of this timeline before applying, and only apply if you’re willing to wait.
