Phase 2 (HA) is back again, and just like in June, Accor Live Limitless (ALL) and Accor Plus (A+) members can earn 3X points and save up to 30% off takeaways.
Heightened safety measures don’t mean lowered standards when it comes to your dining experiences at home with Accor. From the luxury of Raffles Hotel Singapore to the great value of ibis, Accor’s restaurants and bars are offering discounts of up to 30% and 3x bonus loyalty points through July and August to keep you safe, while not missing out on dining in style.
This offer runs from 22 July to 31 August 2021 (let’s hope Accor doesn’t know something we don’t!) and no registration is required- simply quote your membership number at the time of ordering.
ALL is free to join, while A+ memberships start from S$298 per year. Small and medium-sized business owners who sign up for an AMEX SIA Business Card will get a complimentary A+ membership, plus other great perks.

ALL members will also earn points at a rate of €1 (~S$1.63) = 3 Reward points. 2,000 ALL points can be redeemed for 40 Euros off a hotel stay, so 3X points on dining represents a 6% rebate.
Making retro point claims
ALL recently simplified the process for earning points when dining at hotel restaurants. Previously, members had to register a Visa card in the Accor app, and would only earn points when paying with that particular credit card. Now, you simply provide your ALL number when paying the bill.
If you’ve dined at an eligible outlet but forgot to claim your points, it’s not too late. Members can file retro-claims by logging in to their ALL account, navigating to the Support section, then clicking Contact Us. Select ALL as the topic, then “report missing points”. Fill in the details and upload your receipts, and you should hear back in 48 hours.
Claims can be made up to six months after the bill was incurred.
Conclusion
Ordering takeaway from hotel restaurants won’t be cheap, but these discounts and bonus points should take some of the sting out of the bill.
Do note that this offer is only valid for orders made through the hotel’s official websites (in the table above). Orders made via Deliveroo, foodpanda or GrabFood will not qualify.
