Harvey Norman has been a Kris+ partner for a while now, but unfortunately its earn rate was cut from 4 mpd to just 1 mpd back in March 2023.

But for a limited time, Kris+ is doubling the earn rate to 2 mpd, which could be useful for anyone eyeing the latest iPhone, laptop, gaming console or maybe some furniture. What’s more, you can stack Kris+ miles with a further 4 mpd from the right credit card, giving an overall earn rate of 6 mpd.

Kris+ offering 2 mpd at Harvey Norman

From 14-25 September 2023, Kris+ is offering 2 miles for every S$1 spent at Harvey Norman. There is no minimum spend required, and no cap on the maximum miles that can be earned.

The offer will automatically appear in the Kris+ app, with no registration required.

As always, don’t forget to transfer any miles earned via Kris+ to KrisFlyer in their entirety, within seven days of the transaction. If you spend any of those miles via Kris+, or wait beyond seven days, the entire amount will be stuck in Kris+. Miles in Kris+ expire after six months, and can only be spent at a rather dismal rate of 150 miles = S$1.

If you’re buying a big ticket item, I’d recommend going with the OCBC Titanium Rewards Card, since you can utilise its full 4 mpd cap of S$13,335 per year at one go. Alternatively, the KrisFlyer UOB Card offers 3 mpd with no caps.

Unfortunately, MCC 5732 does not fall under any bonus category for the UOB Lady’s Card, so you won’t be able to take advantage of the upsized 6 mpd earn rate.

Conclusion

Kris+ users can now earn 2 mpd at any of Harvey Norman’s 12 outlets up till 25 September 2023. If you’ve been eyeing the new iPhone 15, this would be a great way to pick up some extra miles in the process.
