Back in June 2023, Revolut launched Ultra in Europe and the UK, its top-tier membership that stacks additional lifestyle and travel benefits on top of Revolut’s core functions, such as better FX rates and fee-free ATM withdrawals.
Three years later, it looks like Ultra is being readied for launch in Singapore. While there’s no official announcement yet, new FAQs and T&Cs have been uploaded to the Revolut Singapore website, and the Revolut app is already accepting applications for Ultra.

At S$899 a year, this will be the most expensive debit card in Singapore by far, but with perks like unlimited lounge access, complimentary data roaming, subscriptions to ChatGPT, Financial Times, Foodpanda, NordVPN and ClassPass/WeWork credits, it’s certainly able to give premium credit cards a run for their money.
Overview: Revolut Ultra
The platinum-plated Revolut Ultra sits at the pinnacle of Revolut’s four-tier hierarchy.
| Tier | Monthly Price | Annual Price |
Ultra |
S$89.99 (S$80.99 for first 3 months) |
S$899 |
Metal |
S$21.99 | S$219 |
Premium |
S$10.99 | S$109 |
Standard |
Free | Free |
Like all tiers, Ultra customers can choose between a monthly or annual subscription. The monthly plan costs S$1,053 in the first year (thanks to the introductory discount for the first three months), and S$1,080 thereafter, so the S$899 annual plan offers significant savings.
This is an interesting price point, as it places the Revolut Ultra between the S$120K and S$200K card segments — more expensive than a DBS Vantage (S$599.50) or Citi Prestige (S$651.82), but not as pricey as a StanChart Beyond Card (S$1,635) or AMEX Platinum Charge (S$1,712). This is worth keeping in mind, because it helps calibrate our expectations regarding benefits.
The option of monthly fees also gives the Revolut Ultra a key advantage over traditional credit cards, in the sense that you can subscribe when you need the benefits, and downgrade when you don’t.

| ⚠️ Early cancellation fees |
|
A one-month early cancellation fee (S$89.99) applies if you cancel within the first six months. There is no fee if you cancel after six months. In case you were thinking of pulling a fast one by getting an Ultra, using its lounge benefits and cancelling within the 14-day free look period, think again — you’ll be charged for the lounge visits you use during this period. |
Ultra cardholders also enjoy the highest interest with Flexible Accounts (up to 3.86% APY) and lowest exchange fees for crypto (0.49%), if that sort of thing interests you.
1.5% cashback
Revolut Ultra cardholders earn 1.5% cashback on all spending. The usual reward exclusions apply, such as charitable donations, education, insurance premiums, government services and utilities bills. It’s unclear whether a cap applies to Ultra — the Metal tier also offers 1.5% cashback, but capped at S$19.99 per calendar month (equivalent to S$1,332 of spending).
In any case, it isn’t very competitive for local spending, given that other cashback cards offer 1.6-2% — but you probably won’t be using the Revolut as your daily driver in Singapore anyway.
It’s significantly better for overseas spend, though it shouldn’t be a primary motivation for getting an Ultra, given that the cheaper Metal (S$219) and several fee-free cards offer the same 1.5% cashback.

Unfortunately, RevPoints haven’t made their way to Singapore yet, so there’s no option to earn miles with the Revolut.
Unlimited airport lounge access
Revolut Ultra cardholders enjoy unlimited access to LoungeKey lounges, restaurants and airport experiences worldwide (LoungeKey and Priority Pass are basically the same). There is no guest allowance, and cardholders are limited to one visit utilisation per two-hour period.
Now, it’s worth noting that unlimited lounge access has largely disappeared from the S$120K segment — only the OCBC VOYAGE still offers it, but who knows how long that will last? Therefore, if this is a perk you value, and you don’t want to go into four-digit territory with the StanChart Beyond Card or AMEX Platinum Charge, the Revolut Ultra would be the next best alternative.

Unlimited airport fast track
Revolut Ultra cardholders enjoy a complimentary DragonPass airport fast track pass whenever they purchase their flight with their Revolut card.
How useful this is really boils down to where you’re travelling, and whether you have any “preferred traveller” privileges like the APEC Business Travel Card. Some airports you can basically waltz through, others can be Kafkaesque nightmares.
You’ll also need to factor in the opportunity cost of buying your flight ticket with the Revolut Ultra, compared to a miles card that could earn up to 4 mpd (capped) or 3 mpd (uncapped).
This benefit is only available at selected airports; you can check the full list on the Revolut app.
Monthly 5GB roaming data
Revolut Ultra cardholders receive an eSIM with 5GB of roaming data each month, which can be used in more than 100 countries.
It’s a useful perk for sure, though keep in mind that roaming data has become cheap and plentiful these days, and your local mobile plan might offer it anyway.
S$3,500 of fee-free ATM withdrawals each month
Revolut Ultra cardholders enjoy up to S$3,500 of fee-free ATM withdrawals each month, a significant step up from Metal (S$1,050), Premium (S$700) and Standard (S$350 or five withdrawals, whichever comes first).
A 2% fee (with a minimum of S$1.49) applies after the monthly limit has been reached.
Partner benefits
Revolut Ultra cardholders receive the following subscriptions included in the cost of their membership.
| Partner | Privilege | Monthly Price* |
| ChatGPT | 12 months of Go for 2 users | S$11 |
| ClassPass | 20 credits per month | ~S$2.20 per credit |
| Duolingo | Super | S$13.98 |
| Financial Times | Premium Digital | S$99 |
| Flo | Premium | S$11.99 |
| Foodpanda | Pandapro | S$5.99 |
| Freeletics | Coach | S$26.16 |
| Headspace | Premium | US$12.99 |
| Headway | Premium | S$17.98 |
| Laundryheap | S$15 credit per month | S$15 |
| Lovable | Lite | US$25 |
| Masterclass | Full access | S$16.05^ |
| NordVPN | Complete | S$5.79 |
| Picsart | Pro | US$15 |
| Sleep Cycle | Premium | S$10.99 |
| The Athletic | Subscription | US$2 |
| Tinder | Gold | S$56 |
| WeWork | 3 passes per month | Day passes in SG range from S$60 to S$75 |
| *Many of these plans offer additional savings if you commit to a year’s subscription ^I couldn’t find a monthly plan for this one, so I’m using the Plus tier as an illustration |
||
While I’ve listed the monthly prices to give an idea of how much these would cost if you subscribed separately, you should only be considering the value of services you’d otherwise pay for. If you’re already paying for the Financial Times, for example, then Revolut would offer pure savings.
Mastercard World Elite benefits (?)
The Revolut Ultra is notable for being the only Mastercard in Revolut’s Singapore line-up (the rest are all Visas) — and not just any Mastercard, but a World Elite Mastercard.
This normally means the following benefits…
| 🏨 Hotel Elite Status | |
| 🚗 Rental Car Elite Status | |
| 👍Other Perks |
…but there’s good reason to be skeptical, because Revolut cardholders in Europe have long complained that despite their cards showing the World Elite badge, they’ve not been able to enjoy the associated perks (because apparently Revolut doesn’t want to pay for them).
I don’t know whether this is also an issue for Revolut cards in Singapore — so chime in if you know better.
The only World Elite Mastercard benefit I could confirm from the app was Mastercard’s purchase protection and e-commerce protection.
- Purchase protection covers accidental damage or theft within 180 days of purchase of up to US$3,000 per claim, and US$20,000 per 12-month period
- E-commerce protection covers undelivered or nonfunctioning items, capped at US$1,000 per year
Revolut is planning its own lounges

Here’s another perk worth watching: Revolut recently teased the opening of the first Revolut Lounge in 2027, in the Schengen area of Copenhagen Airport.
There aren’t a lot of details yet, other than the fact that it’ll be run by the Plaza Premium Group. I would assume that Revolut Ultra cardholders get unlimited visits, with a limited number of free visits for Metal and paid access for all other tiers.
It won’t stop at just Copenhagen — Revolut is talking about a Revolut Lounge network with a “premium design” that will be rolled out to other major international airports. I wouldn’t hold my breath for one in Changi, however, given how space-constrained the airport already is. It’s more likely we’ll see them popping up in Europe, at least in the near term.
Conclusion
Revolut Ultra is set to launch in Singapore, giving customers a premium debit card alternative to traditional credit cards.
The way I see it, Ultra easily outperforms any of the S$120K cards — as it should, given its price point — but the make-or-break question is how much you value those subscriptions. I personally find ChatGPT, ClassPass, Financial Times, Foodpanda, NordVPN, Tinder and WeWork to be some of the biggest perks, though I probably still wouldn’t go for the Ultra tier, given that I already have unlimited lounge access and more than enough roaming data.
