GHA DISCOVERY has announced that Singapore-based Far East Hospitality will become its latest brand, adding 26 hotels and serviced apartments across Singapore, Malaysia and Japan.
The integration will start in early 2027, and include properties under the Oasia, Quincy, Rendezvous, Village and Far East Collection.

Far East Hospitality joining GHA DISCOVERY
GHA and Far East Hospitality have signed an agreement which will see the following 26 Far East Hospitality properties joining GHA DISCOVERY in early 2027 (April 2027 was mentioned during the media roundtable as the expected window).

Notable omissions include the two Far East Village Hotels in Osaka (Honmachi and Namba South). Far East Hospitality properties in Australia, Austria, Denmark, Germany, Hungary and New Zealand are also not participating at this time.
Far East Hospitality will become GHA DISCOVERY’s eighth brand in Singapore, alongside ASMALLWORLD, Capella, Kempinski, Lanson Place, Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL, and PARKROYAL COLLECTION.
What’s unclear at the moment is whether GHA will consider individual Far East Hospitality brands (e.g. Oasia, Village) as separate brands for the purposes of elite qualification, or whether Far East Hospitality will be a single brand. My guess is the latter, but we’ll see.
In any case, this could be a great mattress run opportunity for GHA DISCOVERY members in Singapore, since you can often find affordable rates at properties like the Village Hotel Changi. At the moment, the cheapest rate I can find is S$159 nett.
I would assume that existing Far East Insider members will be transitioned to GHA DISCOVERY when the time comes, but in any case, Insider simply offers member rates with no points system or tiers, so the switch should be fairly straightforward.

GHA DISCOVERY members can expect to receive their standard benefits at Far East Hospitality properties, including double category room upgrades, and 4 p.m check-out for Titanium members, subject to availability.

It’s unclear at this time whether Far East Hospitality will also offer GHA Titanium members complimentary breakfast. A spokesperson told me that benefits were still in discussion, and would only be confirmed just ahead of the launch in early 2027.
For reference, GHA Titanium members currently enjoy complimentary breakfast at more than 40 brands worldwide.

Get instant GHA DISCOVERY elite status with Visa or Mastercard
As a reminder, both Visa and Mastercard are offering fast-tracks to GHA elite status, bypassing the usual stay requirement.
- Visa Infinite cardholders will receive instant GHA DISCOVERY Titanium status, valid until 31 December 2027
- World Elite Mastercard and World Mastercard cardholders will receive GHA DISCOVERY Titanium and Platinum status respectively, valid until 31 December 2027
While subsequent requalification will be based on GHA’s usual requirements, these are far from onerous.

The easiest way by far to requalify is by brands, since you could get top-tier Titanium status with just three nights, each at a different GHA brand.
Conclusion
Far East Hospitality will join GHA DISCOVERY in early 2027, bringing 26 hotels and serviced apartments across Singapore, Malaysia and Japan into the fold. For Singapore-based members, this offers another local brand to count towards elite qualification, as well as potentially affordable mattress run opportunities.
With Tokyu Hotels & Resorts also set to join in April 2027, GHA DISCOVERY is expanding at a rapid pace in Asia, which is great news for members based here.
