Why earn points with Citibank?
The Citibank PremierMiles card earns 1.2 mpd on local spend and 2.0 mpd on overseas spending. You also enjoy 3, 7 and 10 mpd on bookings made with Expedia, Agoda and Kaligo respectively.
Citibank points do not pool, which is to say that if youโve accumulated points on the Citi Prestige or Citi Rewards card, those points wonโt be pooled with your Citi PremierMiles Visa and you’ll need to pay a separate conversion fee for each card.
However, Citibank has the widest selection of partner airlines available to any bank in Singapore, which includes some pretty useful FFPs like Etihad Guest, as well as British Airways Avios. Citi Miles do not expire.

Conclusion
Citibank’s continual extension of this offer may suggest it could be the new business-as-usual scenario, at least until another bank comes out with something more compelling.
30,000 miles would be enough for two people to fly round-trip Economy to Bali, and although that shouldn’t be the height of your ambition in the miles and points game, it’s a decent start.
For citi premier, do i get the bonus miles if i am an existing card member and spend 3k within 3 months? Can i apply via singsaver or via citibank directly?
