Limited time: GrabRewards flash sale with 40% off vouchers

Redeem vouchers for Grab services at 40% off their usual price, while stocks last.

Grab is currently running a flash sale on GrabRewards redemptions, with Grab ride, GrabFood, GrabMart and GrabExpress vouchers going at 40% off their usual prices. This sale is available while stocks last.

To access the GrabRewards Flash Sale, tap on your points balance on the Grab app home page and look for the 40% Flash Sale section.

GrabReward’s 40% off Flash Sale

The following Grab vouchers can now be redeemed at 40% off:

Voucher Cost
$1 off Grab Ride 550  330 points
$1 off GrabFood 550  330 points
$1 off GrabMart 550  330 points
$1 off GrabExpress 550  330 points
$5 off Grab Ride 2,500 1,500 points
$5 off GrabFood 2,500 1,500 points
$5 off GrabMart 2,500 1,500 points
$5 off GrabExpress 2,500 1,500 points
$10 off Grab Ride 5,000 3,000 points
$10 off GrabFood 5,000 3,000 points
$10 off GrabMart 5,000 3,000 points
$10 off GrabExpress 5,000 3,000 points

Grab ride vouchers redeemed under this promotion are valid 31 December 2020, while GrabFood, GrabMart and GrabExpress vouchers are valid till 30 November 2020. There are no limits on the maximum number of vouchers you can redeem. Do remember, however, that you can only use a maximum of one voucher per transaction- there’s no stacking.

For the sake of perspective, this is smaller than the Flash Sale that Grab ran in June, which offered 50% off vouchers. Nonetheless, it’s still an opportunity to boost the value of your GrabRewards points by a significant amount, especially after Grab’s epic devaluation at the start of this year.

All Grab transactions now earn 2-4 points per S$1, depending on tier, so this sale represents a 0.67-1.33% rebate on Grab transactions- not insane, but better than the usual deal.

Conclusion

There’s no knowing when this sale may be pulled, so I wouldn’t wait too long. This sale is a much better option than converting your GrabRewards points to KrisFlyer miles anyway, especially in the current environment.
