What else do I need to know?

The first step when applying is to enter your email address. SingSaver will send you a rewards redemption form, which you need to complete with your application reference number. For Standard Chartered, it follows this format: SGYYYYMMDDxxxxxx. Be sure to fill out the form; no form, no reward.

All gifts will take up to four months to fulfill. If you’re not comfortable with this timeline, please don’t apply- you’re just going to get annoyed by the wait. SingSaver provides estimated fulfillment timelines for Citibank and Standard Chartered cards on its website.

Any enquiries about gift fulfillment should be sent to info@singsaver.com.sg
