*3X points does not apply

ALL members will earn points at a rate of โ‚ฌ1 (~S$1.63) = 1 Reward point. For perspective, 2,000 ALL points can be redeemed for 40 Euros off a hotel stay, so 3X points on dining represents a 6% rebate.

If you don’t already have an Accor Plus membership, don’t forget that you can get one with the AMEX Singapore Airlines Business Card, which comes with a first year annual fee waiver. You also get the complimentary hotel night, so it’s a heck of a deal for those who manage an SME, or any ACRA-registered business with a UEN for that matter. Even better- HighFlyer points will become twice as valuable from 13 July, making this one of the best general spending cards on the market.

How to make retro points claims

ALL recently simplified the process for earning points when dining at hotel restaurants. Previously, members had to register a Visa card in the Accor app, and would only earn points when paying with that particular credit card. Now, you simply provide your ALL number when paying the bill.

I’ve tried my luck with filing a few retro claims at the Raffles Hotel and Fairmont, and have managed to get my points credited every time. To file a claim, simply login to your ALL account, navigate to the Support section, then click Contact Us. Select ALL as the topic, then “report missing points”. Fill in the details and upload your receipts, and you should hear back in 48 hours.

Claims can be made up to six months after the bill was incurred.

Conclusion

With dine-in on hiatus until 13 June, takeaways are the order of the day across all restaurants in Singapore. If you fancy indulging in some hotel food, there’s no harm in picking up 3X the usual points on your order.

Do note that this offer is only valid for orders made through the hotel’s official websites (in the table above). Orders made via Deliveroo, foodpanda or GrabFood will not qualify.
