Andaz & Grand Hyatt Flash Sale
Rooms
While I’m not completely convinced about the deals for the lead-in rooms (Klook might be a better bet with SRV and promo code stacking), there are some tasty opportunities to book suites and club rooms at deep discount prices:
- Andaz Singapore
- Presidential Suite with breakfast and S$200 F&B credits: S$1,000 nett
- Large Suite with breakfast and S$200 F&B credits: S$800 nett
- Residence Suite with breakfast and S$100 F&B credits: S$550 nett
- Grand Hyatt
- Grand Corporate Suite with breakfast and club access: S$586 nett
- Club Deluxe Room with breakfast and club access: S$325 nett
For Andaz Singapore, e-vouchers are valid for stays until 30 June 2022, with blackout dates on 24, 25 and 31 Dec 2021, 1 Jan and 14 Feb 2022. 48 hours advance reservation is required, and a 48-hour cancellation policy applies. A complimentary one-time change of room stay date within the 48-hour cancellation period is possible.
For Grand Hyatt Singapore, e-vouchers are valid for stays till 31 March 2022, with blackout dates on 24, 25, 30, 31 Dec 2021, 31 Jan- 2 Feb 2022 and 13-17 Feb 2022. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
Neither voucher is eligible for World of Hyatt points or elite credits.
Cash vouchers
A wide range of cash vouchers are on sale, but I’d recommend ignoring the Grand Hyatt ones and focusing on Andaz.
Grand Hyatt’s cash vouchers aren’t savings per se, they’re basically additional gifts when you spend a certain amount. For example, this voucher effectively gives you a free bottle of champagne when you spend S$200 on dinner at Mezza9. I don’t think it’s a great deal, unless you already know for sure you’re going to a particular venue and spending a particular amount.
Andaz’s cash vouchers are much more compelling, offering up to 42% off dining (note the denominations, however- the entire voucher must be used at one go).
Item | Price |
10 x S$120 F&B vouchers | S$693 (42% off) |
S$120 F&B voucher | S$77 (36% off) |
S$50 F&B voucher | S$34 (32% off) |
The following T&Cs apply:
|
You have 12 months to use the vouchers, and it’s for dine-in only. Only a-la-carte orders are permitted, and no World of Hyatt points will be awarded.
If you’re planning to dine at 665ยฐF, do note that it’s closed until the end of 2021 for renovations. The planned reopening date is 3 January 2022, thought that’s subject to change.
Mystery Box
One interesting item being teased is a “Mystery Box Deal”. For S$117.70, you receive a mystery dining deal at either the Andaz or Grand Hyatt Singapore, worth a minimum of S$180.
Thanks to a Milelion reader, we now know the possible deals:
- Mezza9 Seafood Platter for 2 pax
- Alley on 25 Bundle Dinner Experience for 4 pax
- 10SCOTTS Dining Platter for 4 pax
- Mezza9 Mixed Meat Grill for 2 pax
- Alley on 25 Pizza & Pils for 4 pax
- Bar Square Happy Hour Bundle for up to 3 pax
- Sunset Dining Bundle for up to 3 pax
- Pete’s Place meal for 2 pax
For every 100 mystery deals sold, the 4th and 50th player gets a one-night staycation voucher from Andaz and Grand Hyatt Singapore respectively.
Conclusion
My personal pick of the deals would be the suites at Andaz (the Studio Suite I stayed in last year was stunning) and the F&B vouchers.
One way of saving even more is to purchase the F&B vouchers, then pay the excess at the hotel with your American Express card. The excess spend (but not the cost of the F&B vouchers themselves) will count towards the S$300 required to trigger a S$75 statement credit, assuming you registered for it earlier this month.
Any other deals you spot?
Hi, the merchant name when I wanted to make checkout payment is just: Singapore (instead of hotel name-eg Andaz)
