DragonPass and Priority Pass have been locked in a fascinating battle at Singapore Changi Airport. Since both of them offerย near identical lists of airport lounges, it’s the restaurant partners where they have a chance to differentiate themselves.
Priority Pass drew first blood in June 2023 when they added four restaurants including Crystal Jade, but Dragon Pass soon onboarded those options together withย Terrace Chinese Kitchen and TGM.ย Priority Pass struck back with Connect Coffee Workspace (which DragonPass didn’t have a chance to match because it quickly went defunct), then earlier this year addedย Asian Street Kitchen, Wolfgang Puck and Tiger Den.
DragonPass hasn’t managed to match that yet โ presumably Emirates Retail Leisure, which owns those concepts, has an exclusive with Priority Pass โ but they’ve now scored a big win of their own with SSP, which operates numerous outlets at Changiย such as Jamie’s Deli, NamNam and the newly-opened Jones the Grocer.
In total, seven new restaurants have been onboarded, together with Be Relax Spa at Terminal 3.

Effective immediately, DragonPass members can redeem set meals at the following Changi Airport restaurants:
Outlet | Location | Opening Hours |
Archipelago | T1 Transit | 6 a.m to 12 a.m |
Jamie’s Deli | T1 Transit | 6 a.m to 12 a.m |
Mango Tree Kitchen | T1 Transit | 6 a.m to 12 a.m |

In addition to this, Be Relax Spa in the T3 transit area (open from 10 a.m to 10 p.m) has also joined DragonPass.ย ย
This brings the total number of DragonPass non-lounge options at Changi Airport to 15, summarised below.

Each set meal redemption will count as a single lounge visit.ย Members will need to present a same-day boarding pass in order to redeem a visit. In other words, even though some outlets are located before immigration,ย you can’t just show up at the airport for a free meal!
Which credit cards offer a DragonPass membership?
As a reminder, here’s a list of the credit cards in Singapore which offer a DragonPass membership.ย

All free visits are tracked by membership year, with the exception of the HSBC TravelOne Card where visits are tracked by calendar year (the allowance renews on 1 January each year, which means youย enjoy eight free visits in your first membership year).
How often can I redeem set meals?
DragonPass members can redeem a maximum of one set meal every five hours, with the exception of the HSBC TravelOne Card where the limit is one set meal every two hours (you won’t find this information published on the website, but I’ve confirmed it with the DragonPass press team).
Do note that the lounge/set meal entitlements are independent. For example:
- If you visit a lounge, there is no timeout period before you can redeem a set menu
- If you redeem a set menu, there is no timeout period before you can visit a lounge
Just be mindful you don’t mistake a restaurant for a lounge, or vice versa. For instance, TGM at Changi Airport Terminal 2 is sometimes mistaken for a lounge, when it’s in fact a restaurant. If you redeem a visit here, it’ll be 2-5 hours before you can redeem another set menu.
Why don’t I see these options?
DragonPass can be a very confusing programme because it hasย three different apps:
- DragonPass
- Mastercard Travel Pass
- Airport Companion
The app you use depends on how you got your DragonPass membership.
If your credit card is a… | …download this app |
OCBC VOYAGE | DragonPass |
Mastercard | Mastercard Travel Pass |
Visa | Airport Companion |
In short, you only use the DragonPass app if you purchased a membership directly from DragonPass, or if you’re using the OCBC VOYAGE Card(which does not include set meals, by the way).
Otherwise, you’ll be using the Mastercard Travel Pass (Mastercard) or Airport Companion (Visa). Of the two, the Airport Companion is more in sync with the overall Dragon Pass list, and shows the new options already.
The Mastercard Travel Pass is much slower to be updated, if at all, and currently does not show the new restaurant or spa options.
One workaround that may or may not still work is for Mastercard Travel Pass users to manually generate their QR code,ย which can be done by tapping on Membership > Lounge > Enter Lounge > Continue
Present the QR code for scanning at the restaurant, and you should be able to redeem a lounge entitlement notwithstanding the fact the venue doesn’t appear on the Mastercard Travel Pass app.ย
Conclusion
Dragon Pass members now have seven new restaurant partners to choose from at Changi Airport, as well as Be Relax Spa. While not all outlets are equally rated (Jamie’s Deli is dire; Jones the Grocer has incredible reviews for an airport restaurant), more options can only be a good thing.
These restaurants are currently not available to Priority Pass (and by extension LoungeKey) members, and I have a sneaking suspicion it’ll remain like that for a while.ย
If you’re passing through Changi Airport soon, do share with us the set menu options!
I have a OCBC Voyage Premier – but the restaurant meal options don’t seem to show up? I’ve had some odd isues with the DragponPass app…. anyone else having this problem?
Belay that last post – clearly i didn’t read the article clearly enough
yup. feels kind of stingy that OCBC felt the need to deliberately carve out an exception for meals, but then again AMEX does it too.
If my Priority Pass from Amex still shows restaurant options, does it mean it is included? I got my AMEX from a neighboring country so not Singapore
Years ago I remember having TGM set meal using SG issued AMEX priority card on departure and arrival at Changi. Are they still having it with amex?
I got my Dragon Pass through UOB Infinite Visa. The Airport Companion App shows free access to lounges and discount (10-20%) for dining. No free set meals like Priority Pass.
Are you looking at the right tab? It’s under lounge not dining
Oh my. I have been looking at the wrong tab. It is under “Lounge>Meals”. Had always thought the “dining” tab was the same. Thanks.
If I cancelled my credit card but still have available visits until end of the year, am I still allowed to use the visits or redeem set meals?
Do you know if Revolut Ultra members (which include a Dragonpass membership) can access the restaurants?
I couldn’t find them in the app.
If i were to go for a massage, can i go to the other terminal for another massage since it is not a lounge nor set meal
