GHA DISCOVERY offering 3X D$ at Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL hotels worldwide

GHA DISCOVERY has launched a new offer for Pan Pacific & PARKROYAL hotels worldwide, which offers 3X DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) on stays till 31 August 2025.

This is further stackable with other ongoing GHA DISCOVERY promotions, such as a bonus D$5 for bookings made via the DISCOVERY app and D$150 for completing four stays of at least two nights each. 

Members who register for this offer will also be fast-tracked to GHA DISCOVERY Gold status immediately, though I wouldn’t get too excited, as the benefits are close to negligible.

3X D$ offer

GHA Discovery members will earn 3X D$ when they book stays at any hotel, resort or serviced suites under the Pan Pacific Hotels Group worldwide, including:

• Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts
• PARKROYAL COLLECTION Hotels and Resorts
• PARKROYAL Hotels and Resorts
• Pan Pacific Serviced Suites
• PARKROYAL Serviced Suites

Registration is required, and can be done via this link. You must register by 30 June 2025, book your stay after registering, and complete your stay by 31 August 2025. “Completion” refers to check-out; if your check-out date is after 31 August 2025, your stay will not qualify for the bonus D$. 

There is no minimum spend or minimum stay length required, and no cap on the maximum times this offer can be enjoyed. 

The 3X offer already includes the base 1X D$, so depending on their GHA DISCOVERY tier, members would earn anywhere from a 12-21% rebate. 

Instant Gold status

Members who register for this offer will be automatically upgraded to GHA DISCOVERY Gold status, which normally requires two stays or US$1,000 spending. Obviously, if your current status is already higher than Gold, you won’t be downgraded.

Don’t get too excited though. The main difference between Gold and entry-level Silver is a 5% D$ earn rate (vs 4%) and an 18-month D$ validity (vs 6 months). 

Besides, there’s no reason why anyone in Singapore should be anything less than Platinum, since it’s offered to World Mastercard cardholders, and even the most basic credit card is part of the World Mastercard tier these days.

As always, any D$ earned through promotions expires six months from the date of issuance, as opposed to the usual D$ expiry. 

GHA DISCOVERY D$150 bonus offer

GHA DISCOVERY members can now register to earn up to a D$150 bonus for stays booked and completed between 1 January to 30 June 2025 (ongoing stays that end after 30 June 2025 will not be eligible).

• 1st stay: No bonus
• 2nd stay: D$25 bonus
• 3rd stay: D$50 bonus
• 4th stay: D$75 bonus

Each stay must be a minimum of two nights to qualify for this offer. Bookings must be made via the GHA DISCOVERY app/website or the hotel’s official website. 

Registration must be done by 31 March 2025, so hopefully you’ve already done so.

How do D$ work?

D$1= US$1 at GHA properties worldwide, and can be earned or redeemed on the following expenses:

Only stays booked through the GHA website or official hotel websites/channels will be eligible to earn D$. 

A minimum of D$10 must be spent in a single transaction, and at the moment, D$ can only be used to pay online at the following hotels:

For all other brands, D$ can be used during a stay at the front desk of a hotel. You cannot spend them on F&B or spa treatments when not an in-house guest

It is possible to use D$ on prepaid stays however, to the extent the hotel doesn’t actually charge your card at the time of booking (you’d be surprised, many “prepaid stays” aren’t actually charged until check-in). My advice would be to contact the hotel beforehand, let them know you want to book a prepaid rate with D$, and ask them how to proceed.

Conclusion

Pan Pacific Hotels Group is now offering 3X D$ for all bookings made by 30 June 2025 and stayed by 31 August 2025. Depending on your GHA tier, you can earn up to a 21% rebate on your stay, plus an extra D$5 for booking via the DISCOVERY app or D$150 for completing four stays.
