From 13-19 April 2020, SingSaver is running a promotion on Citibank cards where all new-to-bank cardholders will receive a pair of Apple AirPods Pro (worth S$379) upon approval, with no spending required.

Unlike last week’s SCB AirPods promotion (where I understand the SCB website was down for prolonged periods), there’s no cap on the number of Apple AirPods Pro that can be won. Therefore, there’s no need to rush the site at a specific time- so long as you apply during the 13-19 April period and get approved, the AirPods are yours.

That’s insane… I only got 120 cashback when I signed up for mine (in $20 blocks per month with min spend of $200 mind you)

Is there a quick way to find out if you are ‘new-to-bank’? the Citibank hotline don’t entertain these requests. i have dropped them a email though i am not sure if they can answer this question – i only gave them my nric
not really, only citi would know this. easiest is to ask them when you closed your previous account.
One possible option could be to check your credit bureau report for the last account closing date with Citi bank to estimate if you have already left the bank for more than 12 months

Tried signing up for the Citi PremierMiles Card, but the Rewards Redemption form only offered me a choice of S$200 PayNow credits, no mention of the Apple Airpods Pro – anyone else faced this issue or did i click something by mistake?
