With Dine Like A Member, Hilton Honors members will enjoy discounts at participating F&B outlets across Asia Pacific up till 31 December 2022.

The discount scales with your membership tier as shown below:

Member Tier Discount
Member 10%
Silver 10%
Gold 25%
Diamond 25%

Dine Like A Member discounts are available for a group size of up to 10 pax, which won’t be an issue now anyway given the restriction on dining group sizes.

A list of participating outlets can be found here, but be careful- it’s not complete. For example Hilton Singapore Orchard is not listed, but the offer is being advertised on its website nonetheless.

The full T&C of this offer can be found here.

Earn one-time 500 bonus points for dining

Hilton is one of the few major chains that does not award points for F&B when the member is not staying at the hotel.

However, with Dine Like A Member, a flat one-time bonus of 500 Hilton points will be awarded with a minimum spend of US$25 (S$35) to:

  • Non-staying members
  • Staying guests on ineligible stays (e.g. those who booked via OTAs)

If the diner is an in-house guest on an eligible stay, he/she will continue to earn points as per normal by charging the bill to his/her room. The minimum spend does not include taxes and service charge.

500 Hilton points are worth about US$2.50, so it’s like a further 10% rebate assuming you manage to spend US$25 on the dot.

Bonus points will take 4-6 weeks to post to your account, and do not count towards elite tier status qualification.

Conclusion

Since it costs nothing to join the Hilton Honors programme, this is a handy discount to have (and even trumps Love Dining in certain scenarios). Blackout dates apply, so check with the restaurant before heading down.

Do note that Marriott Bonvoy is offering a similar dining promotion for its members which maxes out at 20%- you can read about that here.

  1. Love Dining doesn’t cover afternoon tea. Does Dine Like A Member applies? Would be quite worth it if it does.
