With the SingapoRediscovers vouchers (SRV) now live, thereโs no shortage of staycation options for spending your S$100. Iโve already written a post summarizing the best deals on Klook, and itโs now time to check out Trip.com.
Full list of Trip.com SRV deals
When booking, look out for the “Eligible for SingapoRediscovers Vouchers” icon in the hotel listings.
As a reminder, all bookings made with SRV are non-refundable as well as non-changeable. You’ll need to select your dates when booking, so don’t pull the trigger until you’re certain about your plans.
Don’t forget to use the code DBSHTL15 to save S$15 off a min. spend of S$100 on Trip.com hotels, or DBSHTL4 to save S$4 off a min. spend of S$30. More credit card deals for SRV can be found in this post.
Here’s my updated pick of the deals.
The Vagabond Club (from S$203 nett)
The Vagabond Club is your quintessential luxury boutique hotel, with a very impressive whiskey bar to boot. For a limited time, guests can also dine at Yellow Pot restaurant, which has been transplanted there until the Duxton Reserve gets up and running.
Trip.com rates start from S$203 nett, including:
- Breakfast for two adults
- Four course dinner for two
- Cocktail or whiskey for two
Amara Sanctuary (from S$270 nett)
Amara Sanctuary Resort is pricing from S$270 nett on Trip.com for a room-only rate, versus from S$300 nett on the official website.
There’s the potential to shave another S$15 off the rate with the DBS code I mentioned earlier plus S$100 of your SRV, so you could end up paying just S$155 nett out of pocket.
Orchard Rendezvous Hotel (from S$292 nett)
Trip.com is selling a club room at the Orchard Rendezvous Hotel from S$292 nett, which includes breakfast and evening cocktail hours. Guests will also enjoy other perks like a complimentary minibar and two pieces of laundry per day.
For comparison, a club room on the official website starts from S$410 nett.
Shangri-La Singapore (from S$352 nett)
Shangri-La Singapore can be booked from just S$352 nett on weekdays, for a package that includes:
- 1-night stay in Garden Wing Deluxe City View Room
- Daily breakfast for two adults and two children (aged below 6)
- S$50 F&B credit (excluding in-room dining)
I recently reviewed the Shangri-La Hotel, and would say it’s hands down the best option for parents with young children thanks to the Buds Kids’ Club and Splash Zone water park.
Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa (from S$470 nett)
Trip.com is offering a S$470 nett package at the Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, which includes:
- 1-night stay in Deluxe Sea View Room
- Breakfast for 2 adults
- S$120 F&B credits at Trapizza
On the official website, a breakfast-included rate for the same room starts at S$453 nett, so it’s well worth it to top up the difference for all those F&B credits (not to mention the chance to use your SRV).
Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore (from S$530 nett)
A breakfast-inclusive rate at the Ritz-Carlton Millenia costs S$530 nett on Trip.com, which is a very good price considering the official website will charge at least S$671 nett.
It’s actually a really good price, considering you can knock a further S$115 off with the DBS coupon and SRV.
Barracks Hotel Sentosa (from S$718 nett)
The Barracks Hotel Sentosa’s SingapoRediscovers offer starts from $718 nett, and includes:
- Daily breakfast for two
- S$100 dining credit
- One bottle of champagne
- One way departure transfer for check-ins from Sunday to Thursday
To get this rate to show, be sure to click on the “show more” button below. Mouse over the “free gift”, and you’ll see the option with the S$100 F&B credit.
For comparison, the lowest rate I can find on The Barracks Hotel Sentosa’s official website is S$671++ (S$790 nett), which just includes breakfast. You save a further 10% with their free-to-join loyalty program, but it’s still not as good as the Trip.com offer.
Conclusion
These are the deals on Trip.com that caught my attention, but remember thereโs a whole lot more to explore. Navigate to the link below and look for hotels with the โEligible for SingapoRediscovers Vouchersโ tag to check out the full list.
