ALL Accor+ Explorer has announced a worldwide membership price increase on 1 October 2026, which coincides with the first anniversary of its rebranding from Accor Plus.
Members in Singapore will soon pay S$329 per year, a 10% increase from the current S$299. Members in other countries will see price increases ranging from 2 to 14%.
However, existing members can defer the price increase for a year by enabling auto-renewal on their membership by 30 September 2026.
Details: ALL Accor+ Explorer price increase

Here’s a summary of how the price of an ALL Accor+ Explorer membership will change from 1 October 2026.
| 🏨 ALL Accor+ Explorer Membership (Sorted from largest to smallest increase) |
||
| Country | Current Price | Revised Price |
| 🇵🇭 Philippines | PHP 12,499 | PHP 14,299 +14% |
| 🇭🇰 Hong Kong | HKD 1,788 | HKD 1,999 +12% |
| 🇮🇩 Indonesia | IDR 3,599,000 | IDR 3,999,000 +11% |
| 🇸🇬 Singapore | S$299 | S$329 +10% |
| 🇹🇭 Thailand | THB 7,299 | THB 7,990 +9% |
| 🇻🇳 Vietnam | VND 5,899,000 | VND 6,399,000 +8% |
| 🇦🇺 Australia | A$349 | A$369 +6% |
| 🇲🇾 Malaysia | MYR 949 | MYR 999 +5% |
| 🇳🇿 New Zealand | NZ$379 | NZ$399 +5% |
| 🇦🇪 UAE | US$249 |

| 🌍 Rest of World | US$249 | US$255 +2% |
| 🇯🇵 Japan | JPY 39,800 | JPY 39,800 No change |
| 🇮🇳 India | INR 19,499 | INR 19,499 No change |
Singapore will see the fourth-highest membership fee increase, after the Philippines, Hong Kong and Indonesia. That said, the revised S$329 fee is still significantly lower than the S$419/S$538 that members here paid during the Accor Plus days.
I’m also surprised to see a price increase for the UAE — however small — given how ALL Accor+ Explorer just launched there in May 2026.
If it’s any consolation, Accor will allow members to renew their memberships for one more year at the current price, provided they turn on auto-renewal by 30 September 2026 and keep it active until their next payment.
For example, if I sign up for a membership on 10 September 2026 and turn on auto-renew, I’ll pay S$299 for the 2026-27 and 2027-28 membership years. The increased fee will only be payable from 2028-29 onwards.
A return to geofenced pricing?
When Accor Plus rebranded to ALL Accor+ Explorer in October 2025, one of the big surprises was the unified pricing structure.
Accor Plus was infamous for its country-differentiated pricing, where the membership fee depended on where you lived. Singapore residents — who else? — had the highest membership fees in the region, paying almost double the price of a Philippines resident.

However, ALL Accor+ Explorer memberships were priced at the local equivalent of US$229, more or less. This was a win if you lived in a high-cost country, less so if you were on the other end of the spectrum.
Accor tells me that “while ALL Accor+ Explorer launched with broadly consistent pricing across markets, exchange rate movements have since created significant pricing disparities”. But even with the adjustments, the difference between the most and least expensive membership actually increases slightly, from 20 to 22%.

This then raises the question: should you use a VPN to buy a membership from outside the country you’re resident in?
It’s certainly possible, and if all you’re interested in are the dining discounts, Red Hot Rooms and Stay Plus certificates, then those work the same regardless of where you got your membership from. However, the dining vouchers that come with a membership will be for local restaurants only, so you would potentially lose some value there, unless you visit the selected country frequently enough to use them.
I suspect the case for using a VPN may grow stronger over time, as inter-country differences become more pronounced. After all, given the vast difference in income profiles across Asia Pacific, price discrimination seems to be the smarter business tactic.
Which cards offer a complimentary ALL Accor+ Explorer membership?
There are currently three credit cards in Singapore which offer a complimentary ALL Accor+ Explorer membership.
| Card | Min. Income | Annual Fee |
StanChart Beyond Card*(Priority Private only) Apply |
S$200,000 | S$1,635 |
AMEX HighFlyer CardApply |
S$30,000 | S$400 |
DBS Vantage CardApply |
S$120,000 | S$599.50 |
| *Note: The StanChart Beyond Card offers four Stay Plus free night certificates, instead of the usual two. |
||
While the StanChart Beyond Card’s annual fee cannot be waived, fee waivers are possible for the AMEX HighFlyer and DBS Vantage Cards.
- The AMEX HighFlyer Card’s annual fee can be waived, based on your spending and tenure with American Express. If your annual fee is waived, your ALL Accor+ Explorer membership will not be renewed
- The DBS Vantage Card’s annual fee can be waived with a minimum spend of S$60,000 in a membership year (though this will not be possible after 1 August 2026). If your annual fee is waived, your ALL Accor+ Explorer membership will be renewed
If you have a Visa Infinite card that was issued in Asia Pacific — except Singapore, South Korea, India, Sri Lanka, Australia, New Zealand, or Indonesia — you will enjoy a complimentary six-month ALL Accor+ Explorer membership.
There are two main differences between this free membership and a paid membership:
- the free membership offers ALL Accor Gold status, instead of 30 status nights (while it’s functionally the same thing, awarding status instead of nights means you can’t use it as a shortcut to higher status tiers)
- the free membership does not include the two Stay Plus night certificates
