Hilton More Points to Play: Earn up to 3,000 bonus points per stay

Hilton Honors has just opened registration for its latest global promotion, called More Points to Play.

While I appreciate that Hilton has been consistently running a promotion every quarter, the offers have generally been underwhelming, and this one is no exception. Registered members will earn up to 3,000 bonus points for stays between 15 October and 31 December 2026 — a start date that leaves a two-month gap between this promotion and the end of the previous More Nights, More Points promotion.

With the More Points to Play promotion, registered Hilton Honors members who stay between 15 October and 31 December 2026 will earn:

• 3,000 bonus points for stays at Hilton luxury, lifestyle, resort or all-inclusive hotels
• 1,000 bonus points for stays at all other Hilton properties

The full list of luxury, lifestyle, resort and all-inclusive hotels can be found here, and includes properties such as Conrad Singapore Marina Bay, Conrad Singapore Orchard, KROMO Bangkok, Sukhothai Bangkok, DoubleTree Penang and the Conrad Koh Samui.

Registered members checking in before 15 October 2026 will receive bonus points for their stay if the stay completed between 15 October and 31 December 2026. However, if you begin a stay during this period, but check-out after 31 December 2026, you will not receive the bonus. In other words, all that matters is the check-out date.

Do note the following:

• Registration is required, and must be done prior to starting your first eligible stay (it’s fine if you booked your stays prior to registration)
• No minimum stay length is required; you’ll earn the same bonus whether you stay one night or ten nights
• There is no cap on the maximum bonus points you can earn
• Bonus points will also be granted to award stays
• All bonus points will post within 6-8 weeks

Is it worth it?

I value Hilton points at 0.4 US cents each (you too might want to lower your valuation following some rather appalling award price devaluations), so this works out to a bonus of US$4 for 1,000-point properties, and US$12 for 3,000-point properties.

That’s…not much to get excited about. Those redeeming award nights or doing short stays at low-cost properties would obviously find this promotion more attractive, but if you’re planning a longer and more expensive stay, this will hardly move the needle.

If you’re planning to stay at Waldorf Astoria hotels, however, do note that these code as MCC 3831, which is not included under the UOB Lady’s Cards travel category, for whatever reason.

If you’re planning to stay with Hilton, it’s worth checking if you’re eligible for any of these fast track offers, some of which grant instant status upfront.

Conclusion

Hilton’s next global promotion will start on 15 October 2026, and offers up to 3,000 bonus points per stay at all properties worldwide.

Frankly speaking, it shouldn’t be moving the needle on any of your stay decisions. If you already happen to have Hilton stays booked, then by all means, but it’s not in the same league as the 2X points promotions that used to be offered.
