ALL Accor+ Explorer has launched a new sale that offers 3,000 Accor points to customers who purchase a membership during October 2026.
The cost of an ALL Accor+ Explorer membership has just increased to S$329 (up from S$299), but the Accor points — worth approximately S$87 towards hotel stays and incidentals — reduce the effective cost to S$242.
For context, the best welcome offer under the previous S$299 price structure was 2,000 points, so the additional 1,000 points more or less offsets the price increase.
ALL Accor+ Explorer benefits such as F&B discounts, Stay Plus free nights and special room rates can be enjoyed at participating hotels across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, with Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan joining the programme as of today (the UAE previously joined in May 2026).

From 1-31 October 2026, new ALL Accor+ Explorer members will receive a welcome gift of 3,000 Accor points.
Accor points can be used to offset the cost of hotel stays, dining, spa treatments or other expenses at a fixed rate of 2,000 points = €40. You can also spend points outside of a stay at participating dining venues, though the rate in this case is lower at 1,000 points = €10.
The 3,000 points offer will be reflected at the time of purchase, and points should be credited immediately.
What card should you use to pay for ALL Accor+ Explorer?
Purchases of ALL Accor+ Explorer memberships code as MCC 8699 Membership Organizations (Not Elsewhere Classified).
This is not specifically whitelisted by any 4 mpd card, so your best bet is to use a card that offers bonuses for online spending in general, namely the Citi Rewards Card.
| Card | Earn Rate | Remarks |
Citi Rewards CardApply |
4 mpd | Cap of S$1K per s. month |
Unfortunately, DBS excluded MCC 8699 on 1 December 2025, so avoid using the DBS Woman’s World Card for such purchases.
It is also possible to pay for membership with 15,000 Accor points. However, those points are equivalent to €300 (S$435) in value, so save them for hotel stays instead.
What does an ALL Accor+ Explorer membership offer?

ALL Accor+ Explorer members enjoy the following privileges:
- Two Stay Plus free nights across Asia Pacific and the Middle East (buy one night, get one night free)
- Up to 50% off member-exclusive room rates with Red Hot Room offers
- 15% off Accor hotel stays worldwide
- 30% off dining across Asia Pacific and the Middle East for up to 10 pax
- 15% off drinks across Asia Pacific and the Middle East
- 30 status nights each year
The big draw here are the Stay Plus free night certificates, each of which needs to be redeemed in conjunction with a single paid night (the more expensive of the two nights will be free). These supposedly have better availability than the legacy Stay Plus certificates, though it does not offer last-room availability.
The 30 status nights are sufficient for Gold status, though you need to moderate your expectations because most of its benefits — including room upgrades, early check-in and late check-out — are subject to availability.

If you’re coming from the old Accor Plus programme, I’ve summarised the main changes that happened during the transition.

| *When purchasing or renewing Accor Plus, status was assessed using the higher of year-to-date or previous year activity, allowing members to extend status based on last year’s activity. With ALL Accor+ Explorer, status is reviewed strictly at year-end, removing this possibility. | ||

S$200,000 | S$1,635 |
AMEX HighFlyer CardApply |

The AMEX HighFlyer Card’s annual fee can be waived, subject to an internal review that looks at your spending and tenure with American Express. However, you will not receive a renewal of the ALL Accor+ Explorer membership if the fee is waived.
The DBS Vantage Card’s annual fee is waived for DBS Treasures customers with Accredited Investor status, although this benefit will only start from 2 November 2026. Cardholders who receive a waiver of the annual fee will still receive the ALL Accor+ Explorer membership.
The StanChart Beyond Card’s annual fee is strictly non-waivable.
It’s also worth noting that Visa Infinite cardmembers can receive a complimentary 6-month ALL Accor+ Explorer membership — but not if their cards are issued in Singapore.
Conclusion
From now until 31 October 2026, new ALL Accor+ Explorer members will receive 3,000 Accor points upon joining, which reduces the effective cost of a membership to S$242. This is roughly equivalent to the price you’d pay under the previous pricing structure, with a 2,000 points joining offer.
With the two “buy one get one” nights, F&B discounts and Red Hot Rooms sales, a membership should be able to pay for itself — and you now have more countries to use the benefits in, thanks to the expansion into the Middle East.
